What is Mike Michelini up to – April 5 – 11, 2020
* Few more days in Chinese quarantine, expected to check out on Monday April 6, at 6:40pm local time.
* Completed our first factory direct group buy on Loadpipe.com last week and starting another closed beta group buy this week – more masks but also adding some other COVID19 urgent products.
* Re-organizing our Shadstone team to have all resources focused on Loadpipe factory group buy site
* Honestly getting shaken up by the USA government Twitter notices that if I don’t go back to USA now, I will not be able to for an extended amount of time. They said this while I was in Cebu, but are saying it even more now.

Week Plan April 5 – 11, 2020 Shadstone Limited
The world is changing so fast, I hope all of you are staying safe and healthy. I know some of you have become home school teachers for your families and communities, and others making masks with clothes and other materials. I pray you are all safe and keeping those around you safe.
For me, a couple days left in this quarantine in Northeast China. Monday, April 6, at 6:40pm they will let me out, and then Wendy has prepared a dumpling and birthday cake dinner celebration for me.
Now, on to the business updates:
Loadpipe has become our full focus here at the company, many of you have been getting new tasks from Mindy and I on moving all our resources towards this factory direct group buy platform. We completed our first group buy of masks last Thursday (on my birthday – as I often try to do a campaign on my birthday each year) and production is getting underway.

If you can review that and let management know if any of those tasks you would be interested in doing, that would be great. We are re-organizing the team to do more Loadpipe tasks now.
One thing is live chat – I am the one doing live chat for now – and the users seem to love it – they are always chatting to me in the system – and I want to have the team helping with this. Talking to Mindy about the best way to oversee it.
This week we are working on more group buys – another group buy of masks, and now test kits are being added. We aim to do one group buy a week for now, as we are in closed beta and learning about the feature requests and order flow – as well as the on boarding of buyers and suppliers.
Have been deep in building this system to be as easy and smooth as possible, kind of patching together various plugins to make it a group buy wholesale system with deposits and partial payments and other manual processes for now – especially on the reporting side.
